Join Us as a Clinical Director in our Clifton EI Center! As Clinical Director, you will lead clinical operations and ensure high-quality services for children in their most critical developmental years. You'll serve as both a mentor and a visionary, supporting our talented BCBAs and behavior technicians while shaping evidence-based programming aligned with the unique needs of each child and family. You will be working closely with the Regional Clinical Director.
What You'll Do:
Clinical Leadership Oversee the development and fidelity of ABA programming across the center. Review and analyze clinical data to drive continuous improvement. Ensure quality care by supervising BCBAs and RBTs through observation, coaching, and feedback. Guide onboarding and development for all new clinical team members. Collaborate with the Center Administrator on daily operations. Supervision & Staff Development Provide regular, meaningful supervision to RBTs and BCBAs. Lead monthly BCBA meetings and foster a culture of learning and excellence. Ensure compliance with the BACB supervision and ethical standards. Collaboration & Family Engagement Partner with families, caregivers, and professionals to create individualized, consistent care plans. Participate and support in interdisciplinary team meetings and coordinate care with allied professionals. Maintain open, compassionate communication with families throughout the treatment journey. What You'll Need Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in New Jersey Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience, including staff supervision. Completion of BACB supervision training. Ability to meet physical demands of working with young children (e.g., bending, floor play, lifting up to 40 lbs). CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
Work Location & Hours:
This is a full-time position out of our Clifton, NJ Early Intervention Center, and typical working hours are M-F 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Compensation The expected salary range for this role is $115,000 - $130,000 per year. Final compensation will be based on a range of factors, such as your skills, education, experience, certifications, market conditions, and internal equity.
