In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with licensing standards, and foster a nurturing environment where children can thrive. Your leadership will drive program excellence, promote staff development, and strengthen community relationships. Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality early childhood education programs that meet or exceed licensing and accreditation standards. Develop and implement innovative curriculum plans that support children's developmental milestones and promote inclusive learning experiences. Manage all aspects of center operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Lead, supervise, and mentor staff members, fostering professional growth through coaching and ongoing training in best practices for teaching and classroom management. Build strong relationships with families by communicating effectively, addressing concerns promptly, and encouraging family involvement in center activities. Oversee fundraising efforts to support program enhancements, facility improvements, and community outreach initiatives. Engage in public speaking opportunities to promote the center's mission within the community and advocate for early childhood education. Requirements Proven experience in education administration or early childhood management with a strong background in classroom teaching and supervision. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development tailored to diverse learning needs and developmental stages. Strong leadership skills with experience in strategic planning, management, and senior leadership roles within educational settings. Excellent communication skills for public speaking, stakeholder engagement, and team collaboration. Knowledge of budgeting processes, fundraising strategies, and compliance with licensing regulations for child care facilities. Supervising experience with a focus on staff development, performance management, and fostering a positive team culture.
