Assistant Director

Are you a passionate leader dedicated to early childhood education? We are looking for a qualified, energetic, and responsible Daycare Supervisor to serve as our Facility Director's Designee. In this role, you will help oversee daily operations, support our teaching staff, and ensure a safe, nurturing environment for every child. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily classroom activities and staff performance. Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and safety standards. Act as the primary point of contact in the absence of the Facility Director. Foster positive relationships with parents and families. Candidate Requirements Applicants must be 21 years of age or older and meet ONE of the following qualification pathways: Relevant Bachelor's degree and one year of leadership experience in a licensed ECE facility. New Mexico Early Childhood Program Administration Certificate, Montessori Teacher Certification, Associate of Arts (AA) or Applied Sciences (AA or AAS) in child development or early childhood education, National Administrator Credential (NAC must be obtained initially before 2012 and maintained since), CDA or CCP, and 2 years of experience.
