Responsibilities Develop, implement, and evaluate engaging curriculum plans that support early childhood development standards. Lead strategic planning initiatives to grow program offerings, enhance educational quality, and expand community outreach efforts. Manage program budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet educational goals. Supervise and support teaching staff through coaching, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities. Oversee daily operations including enrollment management, compliance with licensing requirements, health and safety protocols, and classroom management. star Proven experience in education administration or early childhood management with a focus on curriculum development and program oversight. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising staff in a classroom or administrative setting. Strong background in budgeting, strategic planning, and managing resources effectively. Extensive classroom teaching experience working directly with young children across diverse settings. Excellent public speaking skills to represent the organization confidently at community events and stakeholder meetings. Familiarity with licensing regulations, health standards, and best practices in early childhood education.
