We are seeking an exceptional School Director to lead our Reggio Emilia-inspired preschool in Gardnerville, Nevada. This is an opportunity for an experienced early childhood leader—or an emerging leader with exceptional leadership potential—to build culture, coach educators, strengthen relationships with families, and guide a school where children, educators, and families flourish. What You'll Do As our School Director, you will: Lead the daily operations of the school while maintaining compliance with all Nevada licensing requirements. Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of educators. Build authentic relationships with children, families, and staff. Maintain beautiful, intentional learning environments that reflect our philosophy. Support enrollment through exceptional family experiences and community relationships. Foster a positive school culture built on trust, collaboration, and continuous growth. Partner with ownership to achieve educational, operational, and enrollment goals. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate: Meets Nevada licensing requirements for a Preschool Director. Has experience in early childhood education leadership. Is passionate about coaching and developing educators. Builds strong relationships through kindness, communication, and professionalism. Is organized, reflective, and able to make thoughtful decisions. Believes every child deserves an extraordinary early learning experience. Is eager to continue learning and growing as a leader.
