Our program is seeking a qualified Early Education Director to manage our Infant through Pre-k program. All candidates must hold a Valid NYS Teacher Certification in Early Childhood Education or related field: ex Childhood Ed We REQUIRE candidates to have: One year plus experience in a Director role as part of an Early Childhood Center program. - OR - At least two years of teaching a 3-K or PreK 4 All class, and willingness to learn hands-on Director management skills. We are looking for a team motivator who is warm and enthusic, able to communicate with families and solve problems and issues as they occur, manage staff, promote team building, curriculum implementation, is highly organized, has positive energy, etc. these are among the qualities our program is seeking in qualified candidates.
