Reporting to the Education Directors, this person serves as the dedicated point person for one age group — either Twos or Threes and Fours, — providing hands-on classroom leadership. Beyond their age group, they support the broader team with scheduling, coverage coordination, and attendance tracking as needed. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of head teaching experience with children ages 2-5, strong organizational and communication skills, and a bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of head teaching experience with children ages 2-5 Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Relevant license or certification in early childhood education (preferred)

Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:00, with one evening per week until 6:00
