The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a strong background in education administration. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs that align with state regulations and promote the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children
  • Supervise and support teaching staff to ensure high-quality care and education for all children
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the childcare center including staffing, budgeting, and facility maintenance
  • Establish positive relationships with parents, staff, and the community to create a supportive and inclusive environment
  • Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements and safety regulations Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with children, parents, and staff
