School Director

Responsibilities Manage the overall daily operations of the school Lead, support, and mentor teaching staff Foster a positive and professional team culture Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and school policies Develop and implement high-quality curriculum and programming Build strong relationships with families and the community Conduct tours and maintain strong communication with prospective families Drive enrollment growth through community outreach and relationship building Oversee staffing, scheduling, enrollment, and program growth Conduct staff training, evaluations, and ongoing professional development Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment for children Support strategic planning and continuous program improvement Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration, or related field required Previous leadership experience in an early childhood setting preferred Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Experience with budgeting and administrative management preferred Comfortable with sales, community networking, and enrollment growth Knowledge of state licensing requirements and regulations Passion for early childhood education and team development Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off Flexible Schedule Professional Development Free Childcare Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday In-person position

3 years preferred

School Director Experience:
