We're looking for an energetic, passionate, and dedicated Director in Training to join the Little Buckeye Learning Center family! What You'll Be Doing:

Helping lead the day-to-day operations of our center Supporting and inspiring teachers to be their best Building strong relationships with families and our community Helping create an amazing culture where children, families, and staff feel valued Learning the ins and outs of running a successful childcare center Supporting enrollment, tours, staffing, and center goals Helping drive marketing efforts and community connections to grow enrollment

What We're Looking For:

At least 6 months of experience as an Assistant Director or Director in a childcare setting Experience with marketing efforts, community outreach, and growing enrollment Strong leadership skills and a positive, can-do attitude Passion for early childhood education and making a difference Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to support, motivate, and lead a team Knowledge of childcare licensing requirements preferred Must meet all state requirements, including background checks, trainings, and certifications Why Little Buckeye?
