In this dynamic role, you will oversee the daily operations of a vibrant childcare facility, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for children. You will lead a dedicated team of educators, manage administrative functions, and foster strong relationships with families and the community. Your strategic vision and management expertise will drive the center's success and growth, making a meaningful difference in young lives every day. Responsibilities Provide visionary leadership by overseeing curriculum quality and delivery Supervise and support teaching staff through coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality classroom experiences. Oversee daily center operations, including tours, enrollment management, staff hiring, management and scheduling, and maintaining compliance with licensing regulations. Develop and implement strategic plans for program growth, staff development, and community engagement to meet evolving needs. Requirements Meet Ohio OAC Director Qualification requirements; Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in early childhood education; leadership or senior teaching experience preferred Familiarity with Step Up To Quality and Ohio childcare licensing requirements Excellent communication skills for parent engagement and team leadership. A team player - Humble, Emotionally Intelligent, and willing to do whatever is required
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
