In this dynamic leadership role, you will oversee daily operations of our childcare center, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children and staff alike. As the heartbeat of our center, you'll coordinate staff schedules, manage compliance with licensing standards, and implement programs that support childhood development and early education best practices. Responsibilities Supervise daily center operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to safety protocols Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management to promote a motivated and professional team Maintain compliance with all licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and accreditation requirements Coordinate curriculum implementation that supports early childhood education, preschool activities, and developmental milestones Foster strong relationships with parents and guardians through clear communication and responsive service Manage enrollment processes, billing, and recordkeeping related to childcare services Ensure the center provides a nurturing environment conducive to infant care, toddler care, and preschool learning experiences Skills Proven experience in childcare settings with classroom experience in early childhood education or preschool environments Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in daycare management Ability to lead and manage a team with effective classroom management and behavior management skills First aid certification and experience with emergency response procedures Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs; knowledge of special education strategies is a plus Excellent organizational skills for handling administrative tasks such as licensing compliance, documentation, and scheduling Compassionate caregiver with experience in babysitting, nannying or caregiving roles involving infants, toddlers, or young children Join us to lead a caring team dedicated to nurturing young minds!
