We are seeking an enthusiastic Leadership Team Member to join our growing school and help lead our team in providing an exceptional educational experience. As an Leadership Team Member, you will work closely with the School Director to support daily operations, mentor teachers, build strong family relationships, maintain licensing compliance, and help drive enrollment growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced educator who is ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.
What You'll Do:
Support the daily operations of the school and ensure smooth day-to-day management. Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff. Coach, mentor, and support teachers in implementing our curriculum and maintaining high-quality classroom environments. Assist with staffing, scheduling, classroom coverage, and ratio management. Support enrollment efforts by conducting tours, following up with prospective families, and creating a welcoming first impression. Ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies. Help maintain accurate child and staff records. Partner with the School Director to promote a positive school culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and excellence. Assist with special events, family engagement activities, and community outreach initiatives.
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Previous leadership experience in a licensed childcare center, preschool, or early learning environment preferred. Strong understanding of state licensing regulations and early childhood best practices. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead with professionalism, positivity, and a servant-leadership mindset. CPR and First Aid Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain). Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.
