Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of innovative curriculum plans that promote holistic learning experiences for children. Manage daily administrative operations, including staffing schedules, enrollment processes, and compliance with licensing regulations. Oversee budgeting activities to ensure financial sustainability while maintaining high-quality programs. Supervise teaching staff and support their professional growth through coaching, performance evaluations, and ongoing training. Coordinate fundraising efforts and community outreach initiatives to support program expansion and resource acquisition. Collaborate with senior leadership to establish strategic goals that align with organizational mission and vision. Facilitate effective communication with parents, staff, and community stakeholders through public speaking engagements and regular updates. Qualifications Proven experience in education administration or management within early childhood or childcare settings. Strong background in curriculum development, classroom experience, and working directly with students. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teams and managing projects. Excellent organizational abilities in budgeting, strategic planning, and program management. Effective public speaking skills to engage with diverse audiences including parents, staff, and community partners. Knowledge of regulations governing childcare facilities and compliance standards.
