Assistant Director

Assistant Daycare Director (Director Track) Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Daycare Director to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about early childhood education who is interested in long-term growth. The selected candidate will support daily classroom operations while developing the skills and experience needed to transition into a Daycare Director role in the future. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities (learning, play, and creative projects) Supervise children to ensure a safe and nurturing environment Help with feeding, diapering, and toileting as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary classroom Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development Work closely with lead teachers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations Communicate effectively with team members and assist with parent interactions Help manage daily routines including nap time, transitions, and outdoor activities Growth Opportunity (Director Track) This position is designed as a pathway to leadership.

The ideal candidate will:
