This is an opportunity to take ownership of a school community - shaping curriculum, developing teachers, and building deep relationships with families. What You'll Do You'll serve as the operational and instructional leader of the school. That means setting the tone for a joyful, vibrant, Spanish-rich learning environment while also managing the business side: enrollment, licensing compliance, staffing, budgets, and family communication. You'll coach and develop a team of educators, maintain regulatory standards, and be the face of the school for current and prospective families. Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate leads with energy, integrity, and a genuine love for early childhood education. Strong directors are reflective about their own growth, bring out the best in the people around them, and are committed to fairness, honesty, and doing the right thing.
