Job Description

The Childcare & Membership Director will lead our school age child care programs, summer day camp, and member services operations. This position plays an important role in creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for children, families, members, and staff while supporting the YMCA's mission to strengthen community. The ideal candidate will be organized, relationship-focused, and passionate about youth development and community impact.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field and 2 years of experience working with children. An associate degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education. elementary education or the human services field and 4 years of experience working with children.
