Center Director Key Responsibilities Leadership And Administration Lead the daily operations of the school to ensure a safe, high-quality learning environment Maintain all regulatory and Goddard School brand standards Develop and implement school policies and procedures Staff Management Recruit, hire, train, supervise and evaluate teaching and support staff Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing professional development Foster a positive, collaborative and supportive work environment Curriculum And Program Development Implement and oversee a high-quality educational program aligned with The Goddard School curriculum Ensure educational programs meet the developmental needs of all children Support teachers in creating engaging and effective lesson plans Family And Community Engagement Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with enrolled and prospective families Address parent concerns promptly and provide regular communication regarding each child's progress Promote the school within the community and participate in outreach activities Financial Management Develop and manage the school's budget in partnership with the franchise owner Oversee enrollment, billing and accurate financial record keeping Ensure efficient allocation of resources Health And Safety Ensure a safe and healthy environment for children, staff and visitors at all times Conduct regular safety drills and maintain emergency preparedness plans Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility What We Offer (Varies By Location)

Salary Range:

$48,000
