Position Overview Rising Scholars Learning Center is seeking an experienced, organized, and passionate Center Director to lead the daily operations of our early learning program. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is committed to maintaining a positive school culture, supporting staff development, building strong family relationships, and ensuring excellence in early childhood education and program operations. The Center Director will oversee staff management, program compliance, curriculum support, enrollment, family communication, and the overall success of the center. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the learning center to ensure a safe, nurturing, and high-quality environment Supervise, support, and coach teaching staff and administrative team members Ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations and policies Support curriculum implementation and classroom quality across age groups Build and maintain positive relationships with families, staff, and the community Conduct staff evaluations, coaching, onboarding, and professional development support Manage enrollment processes, tours, and family communication Maintain accurate records, documentation, and operational reports Support scheduling, staffing, and center organization Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional school culture Address parent concerns and resolve issues professionally and effectively Ensure classrooms and facilities maintain health and safety standards Qualifications & Requirements Minimum Associate degree required (Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or related field preferred) Must possess a valid Director Credential Previous leadership or management experience in a childcare or early childhood education setting required Strong knowledge of early childhood development and licensing regulations Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment Strong professionalism and ability to build relationships with families and staff CPR/First Aid Certification preferred or willingness to obtain Must meet all state-required background checks and clearances Preferred Qualities We are seeking a leader who: Is passionate about early childhood education Leads with professionalism, positivity, and integrity Values teamwork, accountability, and growth Can balance administrative responsibilities with hands-on leadership Creates a welcoming and supportive environment for children, families, and staff Benefits May Include Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Leadership development opportunities Paid training and professional development Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications
