In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, foster a nurturing environment for children, and ensure the delivery of high-quality educational experiences. Your leadership will inspire staff, engage families, and uphold the highest standards of safety, curriculum development, and community involvement. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader committed to shaping the future through early childhood education. Duties Provide visionary leadership by developing strategic plans that promote program excellence and growth Manage the daily operations of the child care center, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and organizational policies Supervise and support staff through mentoring, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives Oversee curriculum development to ensure engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences that support developmental milestones Lead fundraising efforts and community outreach to enhance resources and expand program impact Prepare and manage budgets effectively, ensuring fiscal responsibility while maintaining quality services Foster positive relationships with families, staff, community partners, and stakeholders through transparent communication and public speaking engagements Experience Proven senior leadership or management experience in education administration or child care settings Demonstrated success in supervising teams of educators or childcare professionals Strong background in curriculum development and classroom experience working directly with children and students Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and fundraising activities within an educational or nonprofit environment Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences through public speaking and community outreach Knowledge of licensing requirements, safety standards, and best practices in early childhood education Prior experience in teaching or working directly with young children is highly desirable
