In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, foster a nurturing environment for children, and ensure the delivery of high-quality care and education. Your leadership will inspire staff, engage families, and promote a positive community presence. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional dedicated to shaping the future through early childhood development. Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership to ensure the center operates efficiently, effectively, and in compliance with all licensing and regulatory standards. Develop and implement innovative curriculum plans that promote developmental growth, creativity, and learning for children across various age groups. Manage the center's budget, oversee financial planning, and ensure resources are allocated appropriately to support program excellence. Lead, supervise, and motivate staff through ongoing training, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives. Foster strong relationships with families by maintaining open communication, addressing concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming environment. Spearhead fundraising efforts and community outreach activities to enhance program sustainability and expand service offerings. Engage in public speaking opportunities to promote the center's mission within the community and advocate for early childhood education. Qualifications Proven experience in education administration or management within a child care or early childhood setting. Extensive classroom teaching experience with young children, demonstrating strong classroom management skills. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience supervising staff and managing teams effectively. Knowledge of curriculum development tailored to early childhood development standards. Strong strategic planning skills combined with budgeting expertise to ensure program sustainability. Excellent communication skills suitable for public speaking engagements and stakeholder engagement. Working knowledge of licensing requirements, health and safety regulations related to child care centers.
