Manage the center's budget, oversee financial planning, and ensure resources are allocated appropriately to support program excellence. Lead, supervise, and motivate staff through ongoing training, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives. Foster strong relationships with families by maintaining open communication, addressing concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming environment. Spearhead fundraising efforts and community outreach activities to enhance program sustainability and expand service offerings. Qualifications Proven experience in education administration or management within a child care or early childhood setting. Extensive classroom teaching experience with young children, demonstrating strong classroom management skills. Strong strategic planning skills combined with budgeting expertise to ensure program sustainability.
