Role:

Join Learning World Child Academy as a Daycare Director, where you will lead a passionate team in creating a nurturing and enriching environment for young learners. This exciting opportunity allows you to shape the future of children in Philadelphia while fostering a culture of growth and development.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the daycare, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.

Minimal hours 35 Develop and implement educational programs that promote child development and learning. Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a high-quality team. Maintain compliance with licensing regulations with DHS and health and safety standards.

Must have experience with Philly PreK, Keystone Star level 4, Childware .Must be at least a level B. Engage with parents and guardians to foster strong relationships and open communication. Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability of the daycare. Plan and organize community events and activities to promote family involvement. Evaluate and improve childcare services based on feedback and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred

MUST BE B LEVEL IN PA KEYS

Minimum of 3 years of experience in childcare management or a similar role. Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education. Current CPR and First Aid certification is required. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in budgeting and financial management. Passion for nurturing children's growth and fostering a positive learning environment. Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support daycare operations.
