The Incredible Years Lead is responsible for the direct implementation and day-to-day execution of the
Incredible Years:
Early Childhood Behavioral Health Initiative. This role focuses on delivering caregiver-centered, prevention-based programming designed to strengthen social-emotional development and family resilience for children ages 0-8. The Lead will facilitate group-based parent education sessions, conduct home-based coaching visits, and provide ongoing caregiver support. This position plays a critical role in engaging families, ensuring program fidelity to the Incredible Years evidence-based model, and supporting early identification of behavioral and emotional needs through caregiver education and skill-building.
