Daycare Director Pittsburgh, PA 15221 From $20 an hour - Full-time From $20 an hour - Full-time Must have staff supervisory skills and maintain the daily operation of a quality childcare center Must be on site a minimum of 35 hours per week Must have an Associates degree in early childhood education, child development, special education or the human services field Must have at least one year experiance as a Childcare Director The Director is to insure that the center is in compliance with the PA State Regulations and meet Keystone Stars requirements Summary As a Daycare Director, you will oversee the daily operations of a daycare facility, ensuring the well-being and development of young children. With core skills in childcare, early childhood education, and classroom management, you will lead a team of caregivers to provide a safe and nurturing environment. Your premium skills in child development, first aid, and special education will enhance the quality of care and educational programs offered. Your relevant skills in behavior management and caregiving will support the individual needs of each child. With your experience and an associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the children in our care.
