Job Description

We are looking to fill an opening for a Preschool Director position at our center. Training will be provided for this position!
Responsibilities:
A Preschool Director must be organized and able to handle many obligations. Their responsibilities will include taking leadership on the operational aspects of the center. These will include some of the following: Ensure compliance with the most current regulations outlined by the State Licensing, OCDEL, Department of Education. Oversee the daily operation here at Creative Kiddie Care. Manage staff hiring, onboarding, yearly staff reviews, and maintaining office paperwork. Collaborating with teachers for family conferences and all meetings. Manage Keystone STARS and state licensing. Maintaining our curriculum to support educational excellence and preparing our school calendar and curriculum for the school year. Directors:
Have a Bachelor's or Associates degree in Early Childhood or Elementary or other relevant fields of Education. Prior Leadership is required. Prior Experience with Keystone
STARS. A
current physical examination by a physician, including a current TB test. All 4 clearance checks as required by state regulations.
