Learning Center Manager Lowcountry Center for Academic Equity Charleston, SC Job Details Part-time | Full-time $25 - $30 an hour 5 hours ago Qualifications Google Workspace Teamwork Teaching Certification Executive administrative support Data entry Organizational skills Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking 1 FT or 2 PT highly organized and proactive employees to join our dynamic team. As the Learning Center Manager, you will: Duties Manage the learning center's calendar using google workspace Coordinate logistics for tutoring sessions Prepare clients' academic plans, program updates, provide academic content support to teachers, correspond with parents, and teach as needed Support office management functions such as filing, data entry, maintaining office supplies inventory, and overseeing daily tutoring operations Manage confidential information discreetly while providing executive administrative support to the CEO Perform clerical duties including typing reports, proofreading documents for accuracy, and creating academic materials Teach a variety of of subjects to clients in grades kindergarten through 12th and early college Experience Experience in educational administrative tasks Demonstrated proficiency with Google Workspace applications, Adobe, Canva, Canvas, Schoology, and other learning platforms Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment that requires switching between tasks multiple times Excellent communication skills including phone and text etiquette, customer service experience, and working with/supporting children ages 4-19 Teaching credential
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
