We are seeking a qualified Center Director to support final licensing and launch operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced childcare professional who is passionate about creating nurturing, high-quality learning environments and helping shape a center from the ground up. Qualifications Must meet South Carolina DSS Director qualifications. Previous childcare center leadership experience preferred. Experience as a Center Director or Assistant Director strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of DSS regulations and licensing requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Must be able to successfully complete all required background checks and clearances. Responsibilities Serve as the Center Director of record in accordance with DSS requirements. Support compliance with licensing regulations and center policies. Assist with staff oversight, program implementation, and daily operations. Partner with ownership to ensure a successful center opening and ongoing operation.
