$60,000-$75,000 Total Compensation Potential (Base Salary + Performance Bonuses) Lead a School Where Excellence, Culture, and Children Come First The PREP School is seeking a high-performing, experienced Preschool Director to lead one of our private preschool campuses in Austin, Texas. What You'll Lead As School Director, you will oversee all aspects of campus leadership, including: Daily school operations and licensing compliance Staff leadership, coaching, accountability, and retention Enrollment growth and family experience Building strong relationships with parents and community partners Hiring and developing high-quality educators Maintaining operational organization and excellence Campus culture, professionalism, and team morale Health, safety, and risk management standards Collaboration with ownership and leadership teams on strategic initiatives This role is ideal for someone who can balance strong leadership with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine love for children and families. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Current Texas Director Certification Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood setting Proven experience managing staff, enrollment, and school operations Strong understanding of Texas licensing regulations and compliance Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills Strong organizational and administrative abilities Professional leadership presence with high standards and accountability Ability to multitask and lead effectively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Business, or related field Experience leading a high-quality private preschool program Experience with enrollment growth and family retention Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Compensation & Benefits We believe exceptional leaders deserve exceptional support.
