Core Leadership & Compliance Directing a multi-classroom Montessori environment with a proven history of academic and operational success. Overseeing total adherence to Texas state and local licensing, including the rigorous management of background clearances and safety protocols. Implementing expert-level knowledge of OSHA, fire, and health codes, alongside managing USDA-compliant nutritional programs. Operational & Technical Excellence Leveraging educational technology and administrative software to modernize school workflows and data management. Executing complex administrative tasks with precision to ensure the school runs as a high-performance organization. Demonstrating "forward-leaning" initiative by identifying school needs and addressing challenges before they escalate. Communication & Professionalism Act as a dedicated resource for families and students, providing professional guidance and counseling to foster a secure, high-trust learning atmosphere. Execute sophisticated communication strategies to maintain transparency and professionalism across all internal and external channels. Eager to serve as the face of the academy by spearheading local outreach, executing promotional campaigns, and building strong relationships with Celina families and business partners. Must be at least 21 years old and possess a driving record that satisfies corporate insurance requirements. Candidate Qualifications & Professional Background To be considered for the Head of School position, applicants must meet one of the following established educational benchmarks: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, supplemented by at least six months of hands-on experience in a state-licensed childcare facility. A Bachelor of Science specifically in Early Childhood Education (ECE). An Associate degree (or equivalent credit hours) paired with a minimum of one year in a leadership/supervisory capacity and two years of direct experience in licensed group care. A valid, state-recognized Director's Credential supported by a significant, documented history of success in childcare administration and leadership.
