Why This Role Matters As an Early Childhood Center Manager, you serve as the leader of a Head Start and Early Head Start program, ensuring high‑quality services for children and families while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards. Your leadership shapes the learning environment, supports staff success, and strengthens family engagement and community partnerships. This role goes beyond operations — it is about creating a culture of excellence, accountability, and care where children can grow, families feel supported, and educators can thrive. What You'll Do Oversee daily center operations and ensure compliance with Head Start, licensing, NAEYC, and CCG standards. Lead, supervise, and support staff to promote high performance, accountability, and a positive work environment. Monitor program quality across education, family engagement, health, nutrition, and special services. Manage budgets, track expenditures, and support financial accountability for center operations. Build and strengthen community partnerships to enhance services and advance program goals. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. Significant leadership experience with strong supervisory and financial management skills. Knowledge of early childhood best practices, compliance standards, and child development. Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
