In this vital role, you will oversee the daily operations of the preschool, foster a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners, and ensure the delivery of high-quality educational experiences. Your leadership will inspire staff, engage families, and uphold the highest standards of safety, curriculum excellence, and community involvement. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate education professional to shape the future of young children while managing a thriving preschool community. Duties Provide strong leadership and strategic direction to staff, ensuring alignment with educational goals and organizational values Develop, implement, and evaluate innovative curriculum programs that promote early childhood development and learning standards Manage budgeting processes, monitor financial health, and allocate resources effectively to support program growth Lead fundraising initiatives to secure grants, donations, and community partnerships that enhance program offerings Supervise teaching staff by conducting evaluations, supporting professional development, and fostering a collaborative team environment Oversee classroom activities to ensure safety, inclusivity, and engaging learning experiences for all students Represent the preschool at community events, public speaking engagements, and outreach efforts to promote the program's mission Qualifications Proven experience in education administration or management within early childhood or preschool settings Strong background in curriculum development and classroom teaching with young children Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising staff and managing teams effectively Excellent communication skills for public speaking, parent engagement, and team collaboration Knowledge of budgeting practices, strategic planning, and fundraising techniques Working familiarity with education regulations, safety standards, and accreditation processes Prior experience in working directly with students in early childhood education environments is highly preferred
