The Program Manager for Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation provides leadership and oversight for mental health consultation services in early learning settings. This role supervises Mental Health Consultant staff and HMG Childcare Navigators, ensuring high-quality service delivery and program compliance to promote healthy early childhood development and family well-being. Counseling related field

Preferences:

Experience working with families with young children, infant and early childhood mental health consultation model, Infant Mental Health, Reflective Supervision, Group Parent Education settings, Trust Based Relational Intervention, Spanish speaking is a plus

Years' Experience:

Two (2) years

Defined Experience:

Early Childhood Services License/Certifications:
