The Program Manager for Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation provides leadership and oversight for mental health consultation services in early learning settings. This role supervises Mental Health Consultant staff and HMG Childcare Navigators, ensuring high-quality service delivery and program compliance to promote healthy early childhood development and family well-being. Experience working with families with young children, infant and early childhood mental health consultation model, Infant Mental Health, Reflective Supervision, Group Parent Education settings, Trust Based Relational Intervention, Spanish speaking is a plusYears' Experience:

Early Childhood Services License/Certifications:
Intern status license as Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate (LPC-A), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-Associate (LMFT-A), and/or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of Texas and actively working on obtaining professional license as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW (obtaining practice hours and required examinations); or fully licensed as LPC, LCSW or LMFT; Valid Texas Driver's License Why Choose MHMR as Your Employer MHMR offers an excellent and competitive benefits package designed to support the well‑being of our employees and their families.
