School Director (Full-Time) Montessori Reggio Academy is expanding and we are excited to announce a new campus opening in the Katy•Cinco Ranch / Seven Meadows area. We are seeking a strong, experienced School Director to lead this location and help continue the high standards our schools are known for. This is a full-time leadership role for a motivated, organized, and hands-on professional with experience working in a licensed childcare or private school setting . The ideal candidate must hold a Texas Childcare Director License and have prior experience in school administration. Job Overview We are looking for an energetic and visionary School Director to lead our growing educational community. The Director will oversee daily operations, staff management, licensing compliance, enrollment growth, and curriculum support while maintaining a safe, nurturing, and professional school environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring the success of the campus, supporting teachers, and building strong relationships with families. Requirements Minimum 2 years experience working in a licensed childcare center or private school Must hold a Texas Director License Strong leadership and organizational skills Experience supervising staff and managing daily school operations Knowledge of Texas Minimum Standards and licensing rules Excellent communication skills with staff and parents Montessori experience preferred but not required Responsibilities Oversee daily school operations and ensure compliance with licensing regulations Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations Support classroom quality and curriculum implementation Maintain a safe, clean, and organized school environment Work closely with families and provide excellent customer service Assist with enrollment, tours, and community outreach Monitor supplies, budgets, and campus needs Help lead school growth and maintain high educational standards What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Full-time stable position Supportive leadership team Opportunity for growth within a multi-campus private school Positive and professional work environment Join Montessori Reggio Academy and be part of our continued growth as we open another beautiful campus in Katy.
