Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our childcare center chain as a Assistant Director. As a Assistant Director, you will be responsible for helping the Director manage day to day operations. Your primary goal will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality care, exceptional customer service, and efficient operation at the center. You will work closely with center directors and staff to ensure compliance with company policies, maintain regulatory standards, and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
1.
Leadership and Management:
  • Provide strategic leadership to center and staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Set performance expectations, motivate teams, and provide guidance to ensure the achievement of goals and objectives.
Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance programs, including monitoring and evaluating the delivery of childcare services.

Staff Development and Training:
  • Foster a culture of professional growth and development among center directors and staff.
  • Identify training needs, provide coaching and mentoring, and support the implementation of professional development programs.
  • Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing among center directors and staff.

Customer Service and Relations:
  • Maintain strong relationships with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase enrollment.
5.
Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Collaborate with directors, senior management, to align strategies and share best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Prefer degree in Early Childhood Education, , or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the childcare industry, overseeing multiple locations.
  • Extensive knowledge of childcare center operations, licensing regulations, and early childhood education best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff, parents, and other stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in driving operational excellence, quality improvement, and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
