We are looking for a results-oriented leader who is passionate about early childhood education and has a proven ability to build strong teams, develop staff, maintain compliance, and drive enrollment growth. This position is ideal for a leader who enjoys balancing operational excellence with outstanding family service. ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Development Lead, coach, and develop teaching and administrative staff Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative work environment Conduct employee evaluations and performance coaching Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts Enrollment & Family Experience Conduct tours and manage the enrollment process Build relationships with prospective and current families Improve enrollment and retention performance Ensure timely and professional communication with families Operations & Compliance Ensure compliance with all state licensing requirements Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism Manage staffing schedules and classroom coverage Oversee daily campus operations and facility appearance Business Performance Monitor key performance indicators including enrollment, retention, staffing, and labor efficiency Support budgeting and operational goals Implement systems and processes that improve consistency and accountability Qualifications Must meet Texas Child Care Licensing Director qualifications Minimum 3 years of childcare leadership experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Experience managing staff performance and accountability Knowledge of enrollment strategies and customer service best practices Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Experience with childcare management software preferred What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Highly organized Results-driven Comfortable holding team members accountable Skilled at building relationships with families Focused on continuous improvement Able to lead through change and growth Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Paid time off Professional development opportunities Long-term growth potential within the organization Qualified candidates should submit a resume and brief summary of their leadership experience.
