Job Description

Are you a hard-working leader who loves managing people in a fun working environment? Have you always wanted to work with kids and help them grow? Our nationally recognized child care center is seeking an awesome leader to join our leadership team as a full-time site manager. We require management experience and offer training for experienced managers who have not worked in a child care center before - a degree is NOT required. What You'll Do -
Duties and Responsibilities:
As a site manager, you will ensure happy children, happy families, and a happy team!
You will:
Lead and supervise our teaching team to create fun, safe, and engaging classroom learning experiences for our infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Ensure your site is operating effectively; maintain licensing, safety, and educational standards Effectively manage all administrative responsibilities in an organized manner. Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, children and the community. Ensure that our program is run at the highest level of quality and that our children receive the very best care.

Team Members Position Requirements:
This position does NOT require a degree but prior experience supervising staff in the capacity of a manager is
REQUIRED.
This position also requires a passionate and professional personality, absolute reliability and effective verbal and written communication skills!
