A highly respected preschool in Culpeper, VA is seeking an enthusiastic, caring, and dependable Infant/Toddler Age Team Lead to join their team. This is a wonderful opportunity for educators who love working with children and want to be part of a supportive school community that values early childhood education. Schedule Monday
  • Friday 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM
  • 6:00 PM One-hour lunch break included Compensation $21
  • $24 per hour; Compensation depends on education, credentials, and experience in early childhood education.

Responsibilities include: Supporting and guiding teachers in implementing a child-centered curriculum that encourages creativity and exploration Maintaining active supervision of children and supporting classrooms as needed Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues Ensuring proper procedures are followed Collaborating with teachers to support classroom activities and provide mentorship Helping ensure a safe, positive, and well-organized school environment What We're Looking For Required Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, Educational Psychology, or related field At least 2 years of teaching experience in a licensed Early Childhood Education program Preferred One of the following experience paths: At least 1 year of leadership experience in a licensed Early Childhood Education program OR At least 1 year of leadership experience in any setting (retail, healthcare, etc.) plus at least 1 year of teaching experience in a licensed Early Childhood Education program Additional Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when assisting children Must safely lift infants into and out of cribs in case of emergencies Must pass required background checks Don't meet every qualification?
