Job Description
Daycare in Manassas Park is seeking a strong leader to continue to grow this blooming program! We're looking for a passionate, experienced Preschool Director who believes every child deserves an exceptional early learning experience. If you're a strong leader who thrives on building teams, supporting teachers, partnering with families, and creating a culture of excellence, we'd love to meet you! As our Preschool Director, you'll oversee the daily operations of the school while ensuring a safe, engaging, and high-quality environment where children, families, and staff can thrive. What You'll Do Lead and coach a team of early childhood professionals Ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations Support curriculum implementation and classroom quality Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff Recruit, hire, train, and develop employees Maintain staffing ratios and daily operations Conduct classroom observations and provide coaching Manage enrollment, family tours, and community outreach Promote a positive, collaborative workplace culture Oversee health, safety, and operational excellence What We're Looking For Experience leading an early childhood education center Knowledge of state licensing regulations Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills Passion for providing high-quality early childhood education Qualifications Must meet state qualifications for Preschool Director CDA, Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred Minimum of 2 years of management or leadership experience Previous preschool or childcare experience required Bilingual speaker preferred (not mandatory) Why Join Us?
