Program Supervisor - Intercultural Early Learning Center College for Kids Early Learning Center Lynnwood, WA Job Details Full-time From $21 an hour 10 days ago Benefits Paid time off Employee assistance program Professional development assistance Qualifications Teamwork Classroom management Early childhood education Team management Organizational skills Lesson planning Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Program Supervisor to oversee the implementation of the center's educational program and support the daily operations of the center. This role supervises teachers, ensures curriculum implementation, and maintains compliance with company policies and state licensing standards. The Program Supervisor works closely with the Center Director and Director of Education to ensure high-quality educational services that promote children's development, safety, and well-being. Duties Supervise and support teaching staff through coaching, training, and performance evaluations. Work with teachers to develop and implement weekly lesson plans and seasonal curriculum activities. Monitor classrooms to ensure proper routines, safety practices, teacher-child ratios, and program implementation. Ensure daily reports are completed and parent conferences are organized with lead teachers. Maintain communication with the Director of Education regarding staff needs, schedules, and program development. Support hiring, staff development, and team collaboration. Track and manage classroom materials and supplies needed for curriculum implementation. Ensure compliance with center policies, health and safety standards, and licensing regulations. Provide support in classrooms or center operations when necessary.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older. Minimum six months of experience working with children. ECE certificate or equivalent (47 college credits in ECE or related field) . Must meet Washington State Administrative Code (WAC) requirements. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
