Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Director to lead our early childhood education program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education administration and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and educational environment for young children. As the Preschool Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring compliance with regulations, and implementing a strategic vision that promotes high-quality educational experiences. Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of the preschool, including staff supervision, curriculum development, and daily operations. Create and implement strategic plans that align with the preschool's mission and educational goals. Foster a positive and collaborative environment among staff, parents, and the community. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding early childhood education. Educate staff on best practices in early childhood education and provide ongoing professional development opportunities. Monitor student progress and implement assessment strategies to enhance learning outcomes. Engage with families to promote involvement in their children's education and maintain open lines of communication. Skills Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Proficient in budgeting and financial management within an educational setting. Knowledge of education administration principles, including regulatory compliance. Excellent strategic planning abilities to drive program development and improvement. 45 credits or more of ECE is required. Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with staff, parents, and community stakeholders. A passion for educating young children and fostering their growth in a supportive environment. Must be fully vaccinated; including Covid.
