Responsibilities Provide visionary leadership to staff, ensuring effective management, supervision, and ongoing professional development. Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth for children across various age groups. Oversee daily center operations, including enrollment processes, health and safety protocols, and compliance with licensing standards. Lead strategic planning initiatives to expand program offerings, improve service quality, and foster family and community engagement. Cultivate strong relationships with families through regular communication and family and community events. Create monthly calendars and newsletters with parent information and curriculum development tailored to early childhood education standards. Strong leadership skills with a background in senior management or administration within educational or childcare settings. Supervising experience with a focus on coaching staff, managing classroom environments, and fostering teamwork. Understanding licensing requirements and best practices in working with young children.
