In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of center operations, foster a vibrant learning environment, and build strong relationships with staff, students, families, and community partners. Your leadership will drive strategic growth, ensure high-quality programming, and promote a positive, inclusive culture that inspires excellence and innovation. Duties Provide visionary leadership to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the center's mission and goals. Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of programs, facilities, and staff management. Lead curriculum development initiatives to deliver engaging, effective educational experiences tailored to diverse learner needs. Manage the center's budget, monitor financial performance, and oversee fundraising efforts to support program sustainability and growth. Supervise senior staff and management teams, fostering professional development and maintaining high standards of performance. Cultivate strong relationships with families, community organizations, and stakeholders to enhance program visibility and support. Represent the center at public events, delivering compelling presentations and advocating for community needs with confidence. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and uphold safety standards across the facility. Requirements Proven experience in education administration or community center management with demonstrated leadership capabilities. Strong background in curriculum development, teaching, or working directly with students in classroom settings. Exceptional skills in strategic planning, budgeting, and managing resources effectively. Experience in fundraising activities to secure grants or donations that support program initiatives. Demonstrated ability to lead teams through supervision, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative environment. Excellent public speaking skills combined with the ability to communicate clearly with diverse audiences. Prior experience in managing complex operations within an educational or community-based setting is highly desirable.
