Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of programs, facilities, and staff management. Manage the center's budget, monitor financial performance, and oversee fundraising efforts to support program sustainability and growth. Requirements Proven experience in education administration or community center management with demonstrated leadership capabilities. Demonstrated ability to lead teams through supervision, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative environment.
