The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of childhood development and the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves implementing engaging curriculum activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth in children aged birth to 12 years. We are a licensed home environment with lower numbers than a center and a family like feel. More independence and mixed ages group of children. We have full time and part time positions available. Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that engage and inspire young children. Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment where each child feels valued and encouraged to explore. Utilize play-based learning techniques to encourage cognitive, physical, and social development. Collaborate with fellow educators and families to ensure a holistic approach to each child's education.

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with young children. A basic understanding of child development and an interest in learning more. Excellent communication skills and an ability to build strong relationships with students and families. People who are creative, enthusiastic and adaptable!
