Due to upcoming staff leaves and continued program needs, we are looking for a strong educator who can become an important part of our team. What You'll Do:
Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences Create a warm, inclusive, and safe classroom environment Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues Observe, document, and assess children's growth and learning Maintain a well-organized and inviting classroom space Participate in team meetings and professional development Collaborate with fellow educators to support a high-quality learning environment
We're Especially Interested In Educators Who:
Can confidently lead a classroom Communicate effectively with families Work collaboratively with a teaching team Bring professionalism, initiative, and a positive attitude to their work Have a genuine passion for play-based, hands-on learning
Qualifications:
Experience in early childhood education preferred CDA, Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred Strong classroom management and communication skills Ability to pass a fingerprint/background check CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days) A genuine passion for hands-on, play-based learning using natural and cultural resources

Monday-Friday:
Flexible scheduling available 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM 8-hour shift with 1-hour lunch Education CDA, Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
