Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing and engaging environment that promotes the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of young children. Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor progress and inform instructional strategies. Maintain detailed records of children's development, attendance, and classroom activities in compliance with childcare regulations. Skills Strong background in early childhood education with experience in preschool or daycare settings. Expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques. Knowledge of special education needs, early intervention practices, and behavior management strategies. Proficiency in working with children across different age groups including toddlers and preschoolers. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and colleagues effectively. Familiarity with Montessori methods or other educational philosophies such as literacy education or physical education is a plus. Ability to adapt teaching approaches based on individual student needs while maintaining a positive learning environment.
