Ford's Chapel Learning Center is seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic teacher for our 2-Year-Old classroom for the upcoming school year. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with young children and is passionate about creating a fun, loving, and engaging classroom environment where students can learn and grow.

Position Details Part-Time Position Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM Extended Care hours are from 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM School-year schedule Supportive, family-oriented preschool environment Responsibilities Lead daily classroom activities and routines for older 2-year-old students Follow and implement the provided school curriculum Create a structured, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment Teach age-appropriate developmental, social, and early learning skills Encourage language development, independence, and positive social interaction Maintain classroom organization and positive behavior management Communicate effectively with parents and staff Assist with Extended Care activities and supervision during afternoon hours Qualifications Previous childcare or preschool experience preferred Strong communication and classroom management skills Must be dependable, patient, organized, and team-oriented Must enjoy working with young children in a faith-based preschool environment Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is warm, patient, energetic, and enthusiastic about early childhood education. We are looking for someone who can create a loving and positive classroom atmosphere while helping children build confidence, independence, and foundational social and learning skills.

Pay:

$12.00 per hour
