Duties Foster a nurturing classroom environment that supports toddler care, behavior management, and social-emotional development Engage children in activities that promote physical development, including teaching physical education and movement-based play Utilize classroom management techniques to maintain a positive, structured learning space conducive to exploration and discovery Manage classroom routines while ensuring each child's safety and well-being during daycare activities Participate in ongoing professional development related to preschool experience, classroom experience, and early childhood education best practices Qualifications Prior experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting is required Familiarity with behavior management strategies for young children Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with families, colleagues, and children High school diploma Availability full time (7:45 AM-4:45 PM) Join us in shaping the future by providing joyful learning experiences for our youngest learners!
