We prefer experience, but we are willing to train. Responsibilities Design and follow a full schedule of activities Provide basic care and caregiving activities Use a wide range of teaching methods (stories, indoor or outdoor games, drawing, etc.) to enhance the child's abilities Remain in communication with parents and update them on the progress of their children Use positive discipline and established routines to help deter behavior problems Adhere to teaching standards and safety regulations as established by the Department of Human Resources and First Baptist Church Skills Methodical and creative Patience, flexibility ,and love for children Strong communication and time management skills Considerate of other staff members
