In this role, you will support early childhood development by engaging children in educational activities, supervising their daily routines, and fostering social-emotional growth. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help lay the foundation for lifelong learning and curiosity. Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in children. Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and educational activities to ensure safety and engagement. Support children with daily routines such as diapering, feeding, and toileting with patience and care. Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages learning and creativity. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and needs. Apply behavior management techniques to foster positive interactions and resolve conflicts effectively. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid procedures when necessary. Skills Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices. Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar settings. Ability to manage classroom activities with strong classroom management skills. Familiarity with working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus. Certification in first aid and CPR to handle emergency situations confidently. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with parents, colleagues, and children.
