Responsibilities Provide attentive and nurturing care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills Support children's emotional needs through active listening and encouragement Communicate effectively with parents about daily activities, milestones, and significant concerns Assist with daily routines such as meal times, naps, hygiene, and outdoor play Lead or participate in events or activities aimed at supporting the children Model positive behavior and guiding children through peer interactions Skills Experience working with children in church or childcare settings Strong communication skills to engage effectively with children and parents Knowledge of Bible stories and Biblical principles Ability to provide compassionate care and comfort Leadership qualities to oversee activities and guide children confidently Activity planning skills for organizing classroom educational or church activities Familiarity with Christian approaches to support spiritual growth in children Join us in maintaining a nurturing, Christ-like environment where children can flourish!
